Car Shampoo

A shampoo concentrate for the car care industry

Car shampoos are designed to remove sticky and oily soils from a vehicle's paintwork, wheels and glass. The following formulation will produce a concentrated clear shampoo with medium viscosity.

Kemsurf ESD	22
Lansurf CDE	3
Sodium Chloride	1 to 2 (adjust to the required viscosity)
Dye and perfume	As required
Isothiazolone	As required (this is a preservative)
Water	to 100

Method of production:

1. Add the surfactant components to water whilst mixing

2. Add the sodium chloride to the required viscosity

3. Add perfume, dye and preservative
