Lansurf AE36 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol.
This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants and exhibits good oil/water and water/oil emulsification, wetting and detergency. This particular nonionic is anhydrous in nature.

Lansurf AE36 is typically used as a co-emulsifier for mineral oils and mineral waxes and singularly for the emulsification of alkyd resins and paraffinic hydrocarbons. In terms of market sectors, Lansurf AE36 is used in areas such as textile auxiliaries, metal processing, paper, leather, standard industrial and domestic detergents, agrochemicals and paints.
