Regulations limiting the use of VOC’s in formulations has led to the development of new products to meet this demand. Lankem’s dispersing agents have been specifically developed for the formulation of VOC and APE free aqueous pigment dispersions.

 

The dispersions are manufactured by a two-step process. The first stage is the production of a millbase using a high shear mixer. The second stage involves the reduction of the particle size using a bead mill. This entire process helps to achieve dispersions of good particle size and stability.
