Acidizing

The acidizing process requires a range of additives to provide a range of important properties including corrosion inhibition, wetting, rheology control, foaming and deposition control. The acidizing additive components offered by Lankem can be used to optimise the efficiency of the acid fracturing process and help prevent corrosion damage to production equipment and the reservoir. These products are based on amine ethoxylates, olefin sulfonates and amphoteric surfactants.

  • Lansurf TA15 can be an effective component in the formulation of corrosion inhibitors being effect in systems containing hydrochloric acid.  

 

  • Kemsurf OS38 is a highly effective foaming agent that can be used in foam acidizing applications, it can be used alone or in combination with Amphokem CAPB.
